This company was sent out by our property manager to quote and fix the evap cooling in our rental. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he arrived the next day, had great customer service and was really quick to find the problem and send the quote out. Overall great service would definitely use again! Lovely people

We had an excellent experience with DJS Plumbing Solutions. Communication was friendly, clear, and timely from start to finish. The plumber arrived on time, quickly identified and resolved the issue, and explained clearly what the problem was and what any next steps were in terms of getting the issue fully resolved. They managed to resolved the issue with our hot water not heating and our gas heating not working. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I had a water leaking issue in the kitchen sink and I called emergency home assist services RACV. Raad came in couple Of hours and he fixed the issue real Quick and even cleaned the parts before he installed . So happy with his fast and quality work Service. Very professional,Highly recommended.

Richard was amazing. My roof was leaking, and I had never been in a situation like this before, so I had no idea what to do. Richard was incredibly empathetic and made me feel understood throughout the whole process. He never made me feel like he was rushed for time and took the time to answer all my questions and answer everything he was able to identify. Great service- highly recommend

My property manager sent DJS to rectify a non-compliant gas connection and the tradie who attended was brilliant. I wish I’d grabbed his name for the review, but he was a young guy, in exactly the right role. Personable, friendly, knowledgable, explained exactly what he was doing, respectful of the fact that I was taking work calls while he was working, so let me know when he needed to make noise. Then he cleaned up after himself and it was like nothing had happened. Brilliant and would absolutely recommend. Thanks!

Routine rental property gas inspection (stove, oven, hot water, meter). Thorough, efficient, ensuring compliance, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly—Brett provided top service. Can compare with other companies. Highly recommend Brett of DJS Melbourne Plumbing Solutions. Josh fitted temperature limiter on older hot water system. Great communication re arrival time, careful about walking through premises in tradie boots, thorough job, neat tidy up. Also highly recommend Josh.

All rhe people I have dealt with are courteous and professional. Engaged them through RACV Emg assist. Even had one person turn up to do a job. He did most of it but told me he wanted one of his other colleagues to come and complete the work as he was not happy with the work he did and the other person was more experienced at it. I appreciated the honesty. No hesitation recommending them
